Supplement Advisor / Retail Sales Associate (25–35 Hours/Week)

Nutrition and Nourish is a locally owned health and supplement store in SE Calgary. We are looking for someone who is passionate about health, enjoys learning, and loves helping customers achieve their wellness goals.

This is not just a cashier position. We are looking for someone who wants to build knowledge in vitamins, minerals, sports nutrition, and natural health products.

What You’ll Do
Help customers choose supplements based on their goals.
Learn about vitamins, minerals, herbs, sports nutrition, and wellness products.
Operate the POS system and process sales.
Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store.
Receive inventory and merchandise products.
Deliver outstanding customer service every day.

What We’re Looking For
Friendly, positive, and confident communicator.
Genuinely interested in health, fitness, or nutrition.
Eager to learn and continuously improve.
Able to remember product information and apply it to customer recommendations.
Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting products throughout the shift.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.




Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Hours
25–35 hours per week.
Includes some evenings and weekends.
Opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate.

Compensation
Starting at $18/hour, based on experience.

Before You Apply This role is best suited for someone who enjoys learning. During your first three months, you will be expected to learn about our core supplement categories and products so you can confidently assist customers.
