We are seeking a friendly and efficient Part-time Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess experience in food and beverage preparation. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks following established recipes and presentation standards
Operate POS systems
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper change is given
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dinning area
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
Restock supplies as needed, including cups, lids, condiments, and ingredients
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality





Requirements
Previous barista experience and with latte art skill is a plus, but we also looking for the coffee lovers who want to develop their skills as well.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Ability to work well in a team setting and maintain a friendly demeanor under pressure
