Motivated and results-driven IT professional with 10+ years of experience as a development and Production Support experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
Proficient in

Snowflake, ServiceNow, Python

Solid expertise in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall software development methodologies, with hands-on experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities.
Experienced in Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) support, maintenance, and upgrade initiatives.
Extensive experience in designing and delivering end-to-end ETL and data processing solutions.
Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI)



development and AI-driven solution initiatives.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams while managing multiple responsibilities.
Recognized for a positive attitude, solid commitment to delivery excellence, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Capable of balancing technical development, production support, and client-facing coordination responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
