Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Supervisor/Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position combines supervisory responsibilities with active cleaning duties. The successful candidate will lead by example, ensure high-quality service, and help maintain excellent relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
Perform commercial cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, and general janitorial duties.
Supervise and support cleaning technicians on assigned job sites
Train recent employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards
Conduct quality inspections and ensure company standards are consistently met
Communicate professionally with clients and respond to service requests
Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Assist with scheduling, supply management, and reporting as required.

Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial cleaning - required.
Supervisory or team lead experience is an asset
Experience with carpet extraction, floor scrubbing, stripping, waxing,



and burnishing - required
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good communication and leadership skills
Police background check - required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
Must be reliable, punctual, and authorized to work in Canada
Driver license and reliable transportation.
