Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance and information about the facility’s offerings
Manage daily shop operations, including sales transactions, inventory management, and restocking merchandise
Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding guests through available services
Assist with food service activities when needed, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards
Promote upcoming events or programs through engaging public speaking or informational displays
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area to ensure a welcoming workplace at all times
Skills
Ability to confidently communicate with guests and promote facility activities
Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create positive interactions with diverse audiences
Cash handling experience to manage transactions accurately and responsibly
Must be willing to obtain Smart Serve Certification
Food service experience is a plus for assisting with snack bar or refreshment areas
Background in hospitality or related fields that emphasize friendly service and team collaboration
Ability to stay energetic, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced workplace
