About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Water Depot Bracebridge. As the face of our store, you will provide top-tier service by assisting customers with their water filtration needs.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting customers as they come into the store
Assist customers with filling water bottles and loading them into their vehicles
Process transactions using our Point-of-Sale system
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment through regular tidying and restocking.
Learn the basics of filtration systems to answer common customer questions (training provided)
Occasionally answering the phone to assist customers and answer questions

Requirements




Ability to comfortably and repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs (standard 5-gallon water jugs and salt bags).
Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
Solid verbal skills and a polite, qualified demeanor.
Previous sales experience is considered a robust asset.
Basic computer skills
