Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Labour with structural assembly experience to join our team. In this role, you will be performing a variety of hands-on tasks that ensure the smooth progression setting up equipment at our facility . Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will contribute to creating protected, efficient, and high-quality work environment.

Duties
Assist with the preparation and setup, including clearing debris and organizing materials
Perform general tasks such as lifting, carrying, working at heights and assembling st components
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and assistance as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace to promote safety and productivity
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for all team members
Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

Qualifications




Proven experience in manual labour or construction-related roles, structural steel assembly and installation
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, working at heights.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship
Valuable communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment; experience with operating a forklift in beneficial.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills in a rapid-paced environment
