At Plato’s Closet, we help keep fashion affordable and out of landfills by giving clothing a second life. If you enjoy current trends, social media fashion culture, merchandising, and working with people, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do
Sort and evaluate clothing, shoes, and accessories based on current styles, trends, brand, condition, and seasonality
Tag and process inventory for the sales floor
Create visually appealing merchandise displays and maintain store presentation
Operate the cash register and assist customers with purchases and questions
Help keep the store clean, organized, and fast-moving




Work as part of a high-energy team focused on customer service and sustainability

What We’re Looking For:
Strong interest in fashion and current trends
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail workplace
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and organization
Weekend availability is a must
Retail experience is an asset, but not required
