We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Pro Shop Attendant to join our team at our recreational facility. This role is vital in providing exceptional guest experiences, managing shop operations, and supporting overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various customer service tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with purchases and inquiries in the pro shop
Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide information about products, services, and upcoming events to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area
Assist with food service operations when necessary, including serving snacks or beverages
Support guest services by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly
Engage with children and families to create a welcoming environment
Qualifications
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Excellent communication
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Experience in food service or hospitality is desirable but not required
Must be willing to obtain Smart Serve certificate
Ability to work well in a team setting and adapt to a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
