Working under the Health & Wellness Manager, you'll help residents achieve their goals of independence. You'll implement care plans while documenting vital health information and providing emotional support as needed. Your role is vital for creating a nurturing living workplace for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow established quality improvement protocols
• Advocate for residents and ensure their rights are upheld
• Observe, report, and document resident health changes
• Facilitate daily living activities, respecting resident choices
• Maintain adequate supply levels and ensure cleanliness

Requirements:
• At least grade 12 education necessary
• Certified through a recognized Health Care Aide or PSW program
• Emergency First Aid and CPR certification required
• Experience with elderly care preferred
• Effective communication abilities in English
