Help transform lives as a Program Worker in Mount Pleasant, where you will implement programs to support clients' social and recreational needs. Foster engagement through creative activities tailored to their interests.

Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor, you will deliver a variety of engaging programs that include music, cooking, and crafts, enhancing clients' life skills. Your observations will guide improvements and ensure a positive workplace while assisting clients with daily living tasks as needed. Encouraging participation and providing direction to volunteers are also key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and adapt activities for clients
• Develop engaging life skills programs
• Observe and document client responses
• Support clients on outings and leisure activities
• Assist with daily living and personal care tasks

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• 2 years of related experience required
• Desired degree in Recreational Activities
• Effective communication abilities
• Must possess Class 4 Driver’s License
