Lead EHS initiatives at Konstant to ensure workplace safety and compliance. This role collaborates closely with management to develop policies that meet regulatory requirements and foster a safe work culture.

As the Health, Safety, and Environment Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining updated EHS policies and responding to safety training needs across all branches. You will analyze workplace incidents, conduct audits, and manage health and safety systems. Your solid communication skills will aid in guiding employees and management towards achieving compliance and improving overall safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety training for personnel
• Evaluate health and safety systems for improvements




• Support managers with compliance-related issues
• Communicate EHS policies to all stakeholders
• Administer WCB claims and Contractor Management

Requirements:
• Required OH&S; diploma/certificate
• At least 3 years in a Health & Safety role
• CRSP/CRST designation is an advantage
• Exceptional project management and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS tools
