Duties & Responsibilities

Acknowledge all customers approaching the Pharmacy

Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management

Be clearly identifiable to the public

Pharmacy and Customer Service
These responsibilities support the delivery of safe, efficient and customer‑focussed pharmacy services in a community setting.
