Leverage your administrative skills as a Senior Administrative Assistant in a professional services firm, located onsite five days a week. You'll support Practitioners with scheduling, communication, and data management.
This role involves coordinating and preparing materials for client meetings, handling communications, and managing billing duties. The ideal candidate will have solid multitasking abilities and a proactive approach in completing tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Practitioners to manage client practices
• Schedule, prepare, and follow up on meetings
• Prepare letters and reports in line with Firm standards
• Enter and archive client data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Handle reception duties and assist with events
Requirements:
• Office Administration certification or 2-4 years of experience
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mindset
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Legally eligible for online RepID registration
