Overview
Your calm temperament vibrates to the rhythm of the night. Are you a night owl who enjoys working in an unpredictable environment where initiative is an asset? We're looking for an autonomous Night Auditor with an open and empathetic attitude, who will be responsible for guest arrivals and departures, as well as recording the day's transactions and always being ready to respond to an urgent situation.

Schedule
The work schedule is from Friday to Monday, either from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. or from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

Perform all night audit accounting tasks, including reconciling deposits, resolving account chargebacks and producing reports.

Ensure the security of the premises during the night, which means knowing how to make important decisions in the event of an emergency.

Check-in and check-out guests, verify and detail them, and ensure that internal activities run smoothly,



so that communication with the next morning's work team and colleagues in other departments always runs smoothly.

Qualifications

Hotel or accounting background, an asset

Night Auditor experience, an asset

Ability to handle unexpected situations creatively and professionally

Autonomy, sense of organization, responsibility, and initiative - essential

Fluid oral and written communication

Positive and trustworthy attitude
