We are seeking a full-time Install & Repair Admin to join our team at Valley Fiber. This position will work from Valley Fiber's production office in Winkler.

What You’ll Do
Scheduling of installs and service calls
Documenting, auditing and reporting as required
Managing technicians’ calendars and activating customer accounts
Office supply procurement
Responding to all inquiries related to install services (Phone calls, emails, team’s messages)
Providing internal/external IT & technical support as needed
Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to collaborate as a team player with providers and customers
High level of professionalism
Ability to problem-solve and multitask efficiently
Ability to work well with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong work ethic with a ‘ready to assist’ attitude
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced office environment
Working Conditions
Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
Ability to remain seated for long periods of time
Willingness to work overtime as workload requires
