As a Food Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our store. Ideal candidates have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and a diploma in a related field. You will be tasked with hiring, training staff, and resolving customer complaints while preparing sales performance reports to drive store success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff activities
• Hire and train employees effectively
• Maintain and order merchandise for the store
• Create work schedules for the team
• Prepare detailed reports on sales and inventory

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Completion of a non-university diploma or certificate
• English language proficiency is required
