You will work closely with senior leaders to facilitate smooth organizational transitions and advocate for a culture of high performance and accountability.

Your analytical skills will help inform and drive actionable insights from complex data.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable organizational structures
Lead comprehensive org design initiatives from start to finish
Drive performance calibration fairness across R&D; teams
Institute a culture of expectation and feedback
Analyze data to mitigate org health risks proactivelyRequirements:
Minimum of 10 years in HR Business Partner roles
Extensive experience in organizational design leadership
Trusted advisor experience for C-level executives
Proficient in utilizing data and AI analytics
