Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with physicians’ orders and established protocols
Provide expert guidance on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions to patients and healthcare staff
Ensure proper medication storage, handling, and documentation in compliance with safety standards
Collaborate closely with medical teams to develop and review treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Administer medications when required, including injections or other forms of medication delivery
Monitor patient responses to prescribed therapies and adjust medication plans as necessary under physician supervision




Maintain comprehensive records of medication dispensed, patient interactions, and clinical notes to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
Valid licensure as a registered Pharmacist in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience working in hospital or acute care environments is highly preferred
Solid knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and medication administration procedures
Experience caring for pediatric patients and managing complex medication regimens is advantageous
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
