We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Shop Helper to assist machinists and production staff with daily shop operations. The successful candidate will help prepare materials, operate basic machinery, maintain a clean work area, and support production activities while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Assist machinists with machine setup and production tasks.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Operate basic shop equipment and hand tools under supervision.
Deburr, grind, clean, and inspect machined parts.
Package and label finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform routine material handling and inventory support.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Perform other general shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience is an asset.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team setting.
