Ideal Candidate Profile

Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead with experience leading large-scale business transformation and SAP initiatives. Solid background in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change adoption, and organizational readiness. Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide change using Prosci ADKAR or similar methodologies.

Core Requirements
5+ years in Organizational Change Management leadership roles
PROSCI Change Management Certification or ACMP Certification
Experience with Prosci ADKAR or similar change management frameworks
SAP project experience
Experience conducting change impact assessments
Experience building change networks and readiness assessments
Stakeholder engagement and executive communications expertise
Communications strategy development and delivery
End-user training and Train-the-Trainer experience
Medium to large-scale transformation project experience
Robust writing, editing, and presentation skills
Risk assessment and change measurement experience
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
