Overview

Jutzi Water Technologies is a growing company based in Stratford providing Water Treatment Chemicals and Services throughout Ontario. We are looking for an Office Administrator who enjoys taking on recent challenges and adapts well to change.

The successful candidate must be able to:
Provide support with the day-to-day office operations.
Provide customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Handle communications and provide clerical support.
Work closely with the management team and assist with special projects.
Maintain databases, managing digital and physical filing systems.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all interactions.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills, accurate data entry and detail oriented.
Takes initiative and encourages continuous improvement.
Reliable with an excellent attendance record.





Education & Experience:
Post Secondary education related to Office administration, Business or Accounting would be an asset.
Experience with Office 365 including Outlook, SharePoint and Excel.
Experience with Accounting software i.e. Dynamics Business Central.
Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management would be an asset.

Monday – Friday
35 – 40 hours
Compensation dependent on experience
