Knowledge of scheduling systems, OHIP billings and optometric machines are an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet patients and complete medical records
Schedule patient appointments and handles all inquiries
Promptly answer telephone in a courteous, skilled manner
Assist patients with eyewear and frame selection
Adjust glasses as required for patients
Complete administrative duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate in providing superior patient experience
Fluent written and verbal in English
Flexibility in weekly hours
Willing to work some evenings, Fridays and Saturdays
Able to multitask and well organized
Team player
Proximity to the office an asset
