We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Educator to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of performance within our team. Duties
Coordinate daily activities of in the classroom.
ensure compliance with licensing and AHS regulations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Handle conflict resolution and provide feedback to team members on performance issues.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the childcare industry.
Level 3 certification.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
