Smith Construction is hiring an experienced carpenter to lead job sites in Brockville and surrounding areas - bathroom and kitchen renos, additions, decks, fences, and exterior work.

What you'll do:
Lead sites with minimal oversight - sequencing, quality control, keeping jobs on schedule
Coordinate with subs, read plans, problem-solve on the fly
Keep clients and the office in the loop on progress

What we're looking for:
Solid residential carpentry experience - reno and new builds
Comfortable running a crew and taking ownership of a site
Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
