At Go Time Energy Services, safety isn't just a department—it's part of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced HSE Advisor who is passionate about building solid safety cultures, supporting field operations, and continuously improving our Health, Safety & Workplace program.

Developing, maintaining, and improving our HSE Management System
Ensuring compliance with Alberta OHS legislation, COR standards, and client requirements
Managing WCB claims and return-to-work programs
Leading incident investigations and corrective actions
Coordinating safety training, onboarding, and competency tracking
Conducting field visits, coaching employees,



and promoting a positive safety culture
Supporting COR audits and contractor compliance programs such as ISNetworld and Avetta
Monitoring safety performance metrics and reporting to leadership
Working closely with operations to develop practical, realistic safety procedures that support the way our crews actually work

Experience
NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer)
H2S Alive
First Aid Level C
CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction, energy services, or oilfield operations
Strong understanding of Alberta OHS legislation and COR requirements
Experience developing and implementing safety programs
Experience managing WCB claims and return-to-work program

Assets
CRSP designation
COR Internal Auditor Certification
Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, BIS Trainer, Aimsio, or SharePoint
Field experience in drilling or energy services

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
