About the Role

Spatial Technologies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Intermediate Accountant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accounts receivable, payroll processing, month-end accounting, reconciliations, inventory support, and credit administration. The successful candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable collections and follow up on overdue customer accounts
Apply customer payments, credits, account changes, and maintain customer records
Contact trade references and perform credit checks for recent customer account applications
Process payroll accurately and on time while maintaining payroll records
Prepare month-end journal entries
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Support inventory cycle counts, annual physical inventory,



and investigate inventory variances
Prepare and reconcile GST filings and other government remittances (if applicable)
Maintain accurate accounting records and support documentation
Provide administrative and accounting support as required
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting environment
Experience processing payroll accurately and confidentially
Inventory accounting experience is considered an asset
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
