Lead procurement function transformation and professionalization
Optimize processes, governance, and organizational structure
Establish KPIs, reporting routines, and performance management systems
Develop strategic sourcing initiatives across spend categories
Strengthen supplier relationships and drive performance managementRequirements:
15+ years in progressive procurement leadership
Experience as CPO or equivalent role
Background in Central Africa or similar emerging markets
Proven track record in procurement transformation
