Litigation of multi-jurisdictional class and collective actions Advisory work relating to workforce management, compliance, and cross-border employment issues Collaboration on global employment projects involving multiple offices and practice groups The role offers exposure to sophisticated domestic and international employment issues and the opportunity to work closely with culturally diverse, globally distributed teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace and demonstrate strong commercial judgment in addition to litigation capability. 3–7years of employment litigation experience ~ Strong academic credentials ~ Excellent analytical, research, writing, and advocacy skills ~ Experience gained at a leading law firm within an employment litigation practice ~ exposure to class or collective actions is an asset ~ Candidates should be motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a sophisticated international practice environment.
