You will lead a team of six, focusing on AI capabilities across various departments like Marketing, Sales, and Product Engineering. This role blends technical depth and people leadership, empowering your team while getting hands-on with solution delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a team of AI Solutions Architects and Engineers
- Define and communicate AI solutions strategy and roadmap
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-value AI opportunities




- Oversee end-to-end AI solutions lifecycle from ideation to deployment
- Champion responsible AI initiatives and ensure compliance Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in software, data, or solutions engineering
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record in delivering AI solutions
