We're hiring to fill a current vacancy, join our team at Regina - Gordon Road and Rochdale Blvd partners of solis optics, as a Patient Services Specialist!

In this role you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, making an impact on people’s lives in a fun, supportive, dynamic, and rewarding environment.

This position is a full time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Saturday.

What You'll Do

Greet and welcome customers, manage customer check-in and check-out

Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email

Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts

Manage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third parties

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience

Support store operations by performing additional duties as required

What You Bring

Previous retail experience is considered an asset

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with customers and providing exceptional experiences

A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player,



able to manage changing priorities effectively
