Join City Life Church as a Kids Ministry Coordinator, where you will create inviting environments for children and families in our Children’s Ministry. This part-time/full time role focuses on effective leadership and volunteer management.

As a Kids Ministry Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include volunteer scheduling, classroom preparation, and overseeing curriculum. This role requires organizational skills and a heart for building relationships within our community. Your efforts will ensure Sundays are inclusive and nurturing for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate volunteer schedules for weekly services
• Prepare engaging classroom environments for children
• Lead with calmness and strength during Sunday services




• Troubleshoot challenges to ensure service flow
• Foster spaces where children feel welcomed and valued

Requirements:
• Robust organizational and communication skills essential
• Warm personality with a genuine interest in children
• Experience in volunteer coordination or education desired
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Alignment with the mission and values of City Life Church
