Maintenance Technician
Location: Mobile, AL. The Admiral Hotel preserves an unforgettable guest experience. We are looking for a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in solving problems, keeping our historic property operating at its best, and creating a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour

Schedule: Flexible availability for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

Respond to maintenance requests throughout the hotel

Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs

Complete preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces

Troubleshoot equipment and building issues

Work closely with Housekeeping and hotel leaders to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑functioning property while following all safety standards

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of maintenance, facilities, or related experience

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC,



and general repair techniques

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Positive attitude with a guest‑first mindset

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
