Salary Range: $27.00 To $30.00 Hourly

The team at Bright Dental Centre located in Russell, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Patient Care Coordinator on a part time basis.

The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

SCHEDULE

24 hours

Monday & Wednesday 12pm-6pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays 11am-5pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration

Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is required

Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
