Key Responsibilities of the Storage Clerk

Plan and conduct storage lien auctions.

Train storage facility housekeeping staff.





Coordinate with the Marketing Company President and Executive Assistant on new construction projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient with technology

The job involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machinery, fumes, or irritating chemicals. Protective clothing or equipment, such as masks, safety glasses, gloves, or face shields, may be required.

Physical Requirements
The position requires moderate physical effort, including spending extended periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, moving throughout the facility, repositioning to reach and use tools, and lifting or moving a minimum of 50 pounds , with or without assistance.
