What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for families, guiding them through their benefit options with clarity and professionalism. Your day-to-day will include:
Presenting benefit programs clearly through virtual meetings (Zoom)
Completing and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
Building lasting client relationships through ongoing follow-up
Collaborating with your team to enhance processes and client experience
Requirements
Legally authorized to work in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
1+ year of experience in customer service,
administrative, or client-facing roles preferred
Core Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt in a rapid-paced, remote environment
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude
