Be a pivotal part of Main Street Project as a Housing Services Support Worker at Furby Street, focusing on nights. Support individuals tackling homelessness through cutting-edge programming and life skills initiatives.

In this role, you'll coordinate housing entries and conduct safety inspections. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with medication management and providing comprehensive support for daily necessities. Upholding the organization’s mission, you will foster community ties and ensure residents are well-versed in available resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and coordinate resident programming initiatives
• Conduct floor checks to maintain safety standards
• Manage medication distribution and records




• Offer support for food, clothing, and other essentials
• Document and respond to emergency situations promptly

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in human services, ideally with homeless individuals
• Compassionate approach to mental health and substance use
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
• Knowledge of Indigenous culture and practices
• Certification in CPR and Basic First Aid required
