We are seeking our next great team member to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. You have a customer-centric approach to all duties and interactions is a must. You are an organized, team oriented candidate that has excelled in a fast-paced environment. Our tenured staff is ready to help you start your new career at U-drive Car Rental in Flin Flon , MB .Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Job Duties to be performed at Twin Motors Flin Flon and Flin Flon Airport:

Greet customers in a calm and pleasant manner when they arrive onsite and over the phone

Guide customers through the reservation process and answer questions they may have

Assist the customer in selecting the best vehicle based on their needs

Explain terms and conditions to the customer and available promotions or discounts





Perform a walk-around and inspection of the vehicle to note damages and accurate documentation

Ensure on-going communication with the customer occurs to ensure the car is checked-in and checked-out based on the agreed upon terms

Maintain the database and ensure customer information is accurate

Maintain inventory database and ensure the information is accurate

Ensure rental service are compliant with local laws and regulations

Active Driver’s License MANDATORY

Other duties as requested by management

Ideal Requirements:
Have good interpersonal skills; excellent telephone and written communication skills

Professional Image

Excellent organizational skills

Robust computer skills (internet & MS Office), with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
