DDA is on the lookout for dedicated Community Support Workers to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time position focuses on supporting participants in achieving their personal goals through social, emotional, and vocational activities. You will have the chance to facilitate hands-on experiences that enhance quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support participants with daily living activities comprehensively
• Implement and monitor personalized goal achievement plans
• Lead creative person-centered programs tailored to abilities
• Provide support through community and outreach engagements
• Foster a welcoming and supportive program environment
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Social Services, Human Services, or related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in community support settings
• Proven skills in developing client-friendly programs
• Transparent driver’s abstract and willingness to obtain additional licensing
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification required
