In this role, reporting to the Contracting Manager, you will be responsible for assisting advisors with their contracting needs, including onboarding and administrative support. You will utilize your analytical skills to maintain compliance and ensure that data is accurate across multiple systems. Collaboration with various teams for operational projects will also be a key aspect of your work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients during the Apexa onboarding process
• Process contractual changes efficiently
• Verify and set up commissions for advisors




• Communicate promptly with advisors for issue resolution
• Maintain and analyze accurate data in administration systems

Requirements:
• Knowledge of the insurance industry (2+ years)
• Customer support experience (minimum 2 years)
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Apexa and related software
• Solid attention to detail and excellent communication skills
