As a CSW, you will play a crucial role in building life skills through social, vocational, and recreational activities. Collaborate with team members to create a meaningful and engaging program that promotes independence while supporting participants' individual goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Foster an engaging and inclusive program setting
• Support individuals in daily living tasks
• Participate in individualized goal planning and monitoring
• Lead diverse person-centered programs
• Engage in community-based outreach activities

Requirements:
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Social Services
• 1-2 years’ experience with developmental disabilities
• Skilled in developing engaging client-centered programs
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Solid English communication and basic computer skills
