Duties
Design and deliver interactive French lessons tailored to individual student needs, skill levels, and learning styles
Incorporate multimedia resources, real-life scenarios, and cultural insights to enhance language acquisition
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
Foster a positive, encouraging classroom environment that motivates students to participate actively
Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student attendance, and performance assessments
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learners, including children with varying educational backgrounds




Communicate effectively with students in both French and English to clarify concepts and answer questions

Qualifications
Fluency in French with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
Proficiency in English for transparent instruction and communication
Experience working with children or in classroom settings is highly preferred
Strong writing skills to develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials
Multilingual abilities such as Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese, or additional languages are a plus
Previous tutoring or teaching experience demonstrating effective instructional techniques
Familiarity with classroom management and educational best practices
Passion for language education and cultural exchange
