Qualifications
Level 1 General Insurance License
Minimum 1 year of ICBC Policy Center experience
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
Exceptional telephone manners
