Greeting and assisting customers with questions, recommendations and reaching for items.
Support customers in any situation of emergency and accident and inform manager/supervisor immediately.
Daily placement of merchandise to make it available to customers.
Handle and prepare live seafood products.
Wrapping, packaging, labeling products
Stocking and maintaining the live seafood display.
Carrying out stock rotation
Proceed customer product orders and special-order product requests.
Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required.
Maintain a clean and secure working setting as per Company requirements.
Comply and implement all applicable company standards.
Comply with all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives.
Participate in the training of junior staff.
Other duties as required.
