Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead and oversee field service operations, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality technical support and maintenance services. In this role, you will manage field service teams, coordinate service schedules, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily field service operations to ensure effective service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and support field technicians to achieve performance and safety objectives.
Develop service schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project timelines.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients by ensuring prompt resolution of service issues.
Monitor field performance, analyze service metrics, and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to support field activities.




Prepare operational reports, manage service documentation, and oversee equipment and resource utilization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, operations, or technical service management.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
Experience coordinating field operations, maintenance activities, and customer support services.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
Knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance practices, and workplace safety standards is considered an advantage.

Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
