Responsibilities
Perform eyelash extension applications with attention to detail, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
Execute qualified threading techniques to shape eyebrows and remove unwanted facial hair efficiently
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized beauty solutions
Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Promote retail products such as lash care items and skincare essentials through effective upselling strategies
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations




Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to enhance satisfaction

Qualifications
Proven experience in eyelash extensions and threading techniques with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
Customer service-oriented mindset focused on creating positive experiences
Ability to handle retail sales confidently while upselling additional services or products
Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace
Prior front desk or reception experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Certification in eyelash extensions or threading preferred; ongoing training prospects available for growth
