Duties
Prepare food items accurately and efficiently following established recipes and safety guidelines
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders and payments with precision
Assist customers at the counter or drive-thru, providing friendly and prompt service to enhance their experience
Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and register balancing at the end of shifts
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas, adhering to food safety regulations
Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils to ensure smooth daily operations




Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing helpful recommendations to customers

Experience
Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus but not mandatory
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Experience in cashiering or cash handling enhances your ability to manage transactions confidently
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
Restaurant or food industry experience helps in understanding fast-paced service environments
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude are essential for creating memorable guest experiences
