About the Role

EMX Enterprises Limited is looking for a motivated and personable Inside Sales qualified to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, providing quotes, and building lasting relationships. In this role, you will work closely with outside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email: take orders, provide quotes, and respond to inquiries
Enter and track orders from quote through delivery, keeping customers informed throughout
Coordinate with outside sales, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Proactively anticipate repeat orders and communicate updated pricing and lead times
Manage pricing discussions, scheduling adjustments, and customer communications across the order lifecycle




Support new business development within existing accounts and pursue recent account opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts for management and suppliers; participate in meetings, product training, and supplier sessions
Provide cross-departmental support as needed

Requirements
2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience preferred
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and urgently
Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office tools are assets
Team player who collaborates across departments; willingness to visit local customers
Availability for occasional after-hours work; valid Canadian passport; consent to a standard criminal background check

Full-Time Position (Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Location: 100% In-Office Role
