Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Perform general construction and maintenance tasks
Operate hand and power tools as required
Clean and prepare job sites
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Skills:
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Basic knowledge of construction techniques is preferred but not required
