The ideal candidate should be comfortable doing the following:
Preparing and cooking food for a regular evening service
Ensuring that food comes out in a timely fashion
Ensuring area of responsibility is well-stocked and guest-ready
Maintaining freshness of product and ensuring rotation of old product




Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards under the direction of the chef team.

In addition, the ideal candidate should be:
Detail-oriented,
Able to multitask
Keep up in a quick-paced environment
